Manager – Operational Planning & Solutions
Position Summary:
• Handling operational planning and management for the designated vertical
• Monitoring Operational KPls, analyzing performance, and providing management reports
• Leading and managing the team
• Coordinating and executing functional activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of departmental objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional qualification in Lean Management would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in both English & Sinhala
- Good IT literacy skills
- Overseas experience would be an added advantage
