Executive - Supplier Management
Position Summary:
• Sourcing suppliers through various modes ensuring the fleet requirements are always fulfilled
• Coordinating end-to-end supplier onboarding process and ensuring vehicle inspection is up to date
• Strategizing supplier retention schemes
• Coordinating with suppliers on rate negotiations
• Conducting periodic satisfaction surveys and audits
• Coordinating and executing functional activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of departmental objectives

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Professional qualification in Lean Management would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent supplier management skills including demonstrated ability to develop and manage business-driven supplier relationships
- Systematic problem-solving, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English & Sinhala
- Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Good IT literacy skills
- Age between 23 - 35
