Assistant Manager - Business Growth & CRM

Position Summary:
• Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
• Meet revenue goals, which will be assessed on a quarterly basis.
• Identify current market trends, research, attract and onboard new clientele and partners.
• Play a proactive role in marketing-related initiatives to advance the brand.
• Conduct periodic review meetings with the customers.
• Monthly reporting on trends, customer drivers and lead identification.
• Ascertain that the customer’s quality expectations are fulfilled.
• Maintain debtors within the agreed stipulated credit period.
